Plinko Gold is provided solely for entertainment purposes. The App is not a real-money gambling service, betting platform, casino product, sweepstakes offering, prize competition, investment activity, or financial service of any kind.
3 No Account; No Purchases
The App is free to play. No account creation is required. The App does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid upgrades.
4 Virtual Credits
Any credits, gold, points, balances, scores, or similar in-app items are purely virtual, are provided solely as gameplay elements, and do not constitute real currency, stored value, property, or a redeemable instrument. Such virtual items:
- cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged
- cannot be withdrawn or converted into money

We may modify, reset, remove, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue virtual gameplay elements at any time without notice or liability.

- use bots, scripts, automation, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or infrastructure connected with the App
- use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or related services
6 Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, gameplay systems, audio, visual elements, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law.
No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including where we believe a user has violated these Terms or where continued operation, security, legal compliance, or maintenance so requires.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
